Refund & Billing Policy

Last updated on November 02, 2020. This Refund and Billing Policy is effective immediately.


All Premium Membership accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. All credit/debit cards are automatically charged on the customer's specific billing cycle date. When we renew your Premium Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Premium Membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging in to, clicking the down arrow next to your username, and select "My Account". Click the "Subscription" tab to view your Membership details.


In the event a credit/debit card fails to charge successfully, access to the product will immediately cease.


Marketing On Fire, Inc. reserves the right to remove Member’s data from its servers after non-payment.


Collection Fee: In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, a $45.00 processing fee may be assessed. This fee is in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.


If a Member initiates a chargeback, Marketing On Fire, Inc. may assess a $50.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.


Marketing On Fire, Inc. accepts payments from most major credit cards, and in some cases, PayPal. Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.


A. Canceling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
i. Canceling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased on 

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Premium Membership on and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to, you can access your account on the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click the down-arrow beside your account name. In the drop-down menu, click on My Account, then select the Subscription tab, then click Cancel your account. Select the “Cancel My Subscription” button. Scroll down to select Cancel and follow instructions. Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Members of Marketing On Fire must pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain an active account and have the right to access to all products, services, and training materials associated with their Subcription. 

B. Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions 
i. Monthly Premium Membership Subscriptions Purchased on 

If after canceling your automatically renewing monthly Premium Membership subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us at [email protected] or call us at (954) 998-3365. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: At our sole discretion, Subscription Fees for a Premium Membership may not be refunded if the Membership has been canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.


We reserve the right to revise the terms of this policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
